Mission
As a trade association, the Association of RasTafari Creatives (ARC) cultivates an ecosystem for networking and resource development, in line with the teachings of H.I.M. Emperor Haile Selassie 1st concerning Africans at home and abroad.​

Vision
Our vision is to become a global network of RasTafari creatives who harness our collective abilities to generate the revenue necessary to fulfill the RasTafari creed. Particularly, ARC will establish and develop sustainable RasTafari programs, projects and institutions that will thrive for generations.
Values
The ARC acknowledges the divinity of H.I.M. Emperor Haile Selassie 1st, holding his goals and accomplishments as a statesman in the highest regard.
Our work is guided by the teachings of H.I.M. Emperor Haile Selassie 1st and H.I.M. Empress Menen Asfaw, who both gave support to the creative arts and to endeavors that would strengthen the spiritual and material integrity of Africans at home and abroad. Therefore, the decisions, actions, and programs of the ARC are designed and implemented according to the principles and examples set forth by their lives and united legacy.
